We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. All shipments are subject to the terms and conditions of our logistics partners.

We work only with reliable logistics partners known for their wide delivery network across India, ensuring your sports gear reaches you in excellent condition.

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999 • A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999 • A convenience fee of ₹49 is applicable on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed clearly before you complete your order.

• Orders received before 11 AM on working days are usually processed and shipped the same day • Orders received after 11 AM or on non-working days (Sundays and public holidays) will be shipped within the next 2–3 working days • Standard delivery timelines range between 5–8 working days from the date of dispatch • Delivery times may vary for remote locations or during peak seasons (festivals, sale events)

Once your order is dispatched, we will share shipment details with you immediately — including your tracking number and carrier information — so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Tracking details are sent to your registered email address and mobile number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account at khelovatikasports.in.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return conditions: • Product must be unused and in its original packaging • All tags and labels must be intact • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery for defective/wrong items

For size or preference exchanges, please contact our support team. Exchange availability is subject to stock.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products (mouthguards, inner gloves, etc.) cannot be returned once opened.

Order cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at +91-8810301518 or khelovatikasports@gmail.com with your order details. We will process confirmed cancellations within 1–2 working days.

Refunds for eligible returns or cancellations are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method: • UPI / Net Banking / Debit-Credit Card: 5–7 working days • Wallet payments: 2–3 working days • COD orders: Bank transfer within 7 working days (bank details required)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product dispatched by us.
